Sometimes persistence pays off in the form of a series you didn’t really like starting to be enjoyable finally.

If nothing else, this book wins all the internet points for putting in a “Leroy Jenkins” reference.

I didn’t think the movie Annihilation was worth anyone’s time. I am not sure the book is either.

David Brin’s “Kiln People” is a novel I can only talk about by also talking about Richard K Morgan.

What’s wrong with me that I keep trying to enjoy other people’s nostalgia…?
